Schedule an Office Visit
If you’re in need of an office visit, please call our office at (901) 767-5000. We typically have a nurse practitioner available for same-day appointments.

If you are new to our practice or your insurance has changed, we will update your insurance information when you make your appointment to verify active coverage.

Scheduling a Wellness Exam
Usually, we’ll schedule your wellness exam for 2-4 weeks out from the day you call, but many people secure their annual wellness exam a year in advance.
